Birmingham Land Bank Trust for rehab rentals.
Has anyone here ever used the BLTB to obtain properties to rehab/rent? Please share the time line to took to get possession of the property.
I have already submitted an application on a property and was told to submit a maintenance plan w/pictures.

Update: From the time I made this first post I have submitted my maintenance plan, signed the sales agreement, made a deposit on the house ($500) and received a letter today giving me the OK to have the property inspected. At this rate I guess it will be ready for final rehab by....spring 2017?
