Hey everyone! 
My wife and I are working on our first investment deal, a single family property for a BRRRR investment. Does anyone in the Appleton/Neenah/Oshkosh (Wisconsin) have a general contractor they would recommend? Preferably if they are geared towards rental property (not higher end fix and flips), but at this point we are starting from scratch so any recommendation works! Thank you!!
