I would love to be able to chat with or connect with a local experienced investor in the Wisconsin area. I need to make that next step in the investment game. I currently am House Hacking a Duplex and would like to purchase my next Investment property this year. Knowledge is power and just looking for advise and suggestions on what would be a good next move.
