Suggestion for a Property Management company in Kennewick, WA?
Does anyone have a property management company you've worked with and would recommend in the Kennewick or Tri-Cities area?
Thank you so much!

@Ed I. I've used Paragon Equity Management and have been extremely happy with them. I was self managing a couple duplexes a first year back and had a rough experience (glad I got the experience and especially glad to not be managing them anymore). I hired Paragon and they immediately helped me recoup over $3k from a tenant who trashed a unit, got much better tenants in all the units and helped me identify key improvements to get my rental rates increased. I've been with them for over three years and they are key to my portfolio growth.
