@Ed I. I've used Paragon Equity Management and have been extremely happy with them. I was self managing a couple duplexes a first year back and had a rough experience (glad I got the experience and especially glad to not be managing them anymore). I hired Paragon and they immediately helped me recoup over $3k from a tenant who trashed a unit, got much better tenants in all the units and helped me identify key improvements to get my rental rates increased. I've been with them for over three years and they are key to my portfolio growth.

@Brad MB It's been a hectic number of months with the move, but have closed on one investment duplex and are closing on another duplex (which we'll live in one side) next week. Both of these are in richland proper; WW2 era houses.

@David Fritch has been organizing a really great group of individuals interested in RE investment that I would def recommend attending a meeting. We gather at Fuse in Richland the second Tuesday of every month. Hit me up of you want more details.

@Kyle Palmer Hey man - always good to see you virtually or in person =)

@David Fritch I'm actually relocating to Richland next week for work (and I grew up there). I guess its time to update the profile, haha.

After work would be just fine for me, so let's do that if its better for @Jay West . Just let me know when!

Lunch on a weekend sounds great to me. I could do the weekends of August 9/10, 16/17, or 23/24.

Looping in @Sam B.

A BP meetup in TC sounds great!

I'd suggest maybe holding the first get-together somewhere more informal than an office? Maybe Jacksons in Richland or something after work?

Looking forward to meeting you guys.

Thanks @Brandon Turner

Just listened to the Peer Lending podcast this morning (the one where you messed up the audio and had to record it twice haha).

Got the keywords setup for my local area. Looking forward to being a contributor on here and sharing how the potential projects go!

Thanks for the feedback everyone!

@Michele Fischer and @Kathleen Wilcox - both are great points. If left to my own devices, I'd gravitate towards SFRs since I am more familiar with them. For financing levels on a MFH, I'd need to look at the NOI. CF positive would be top priority of course =)
