Help needed in Spanaway, WA

We are needing help with a property we own in Spanaway. Tenants were asked to move out by end of Aug. We are seeking help from an investor, hard money lendor so we can repair / upgrade the home before selling it.  We live in San Diego and do not have the means travel up there so I am reaching out to see if I someone there can be our resource for the funding and repair work. thanks in advance for the  consideration.
