Tri-Cities Market (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland) and Off-market

Hey guys,

I've been looking around the Tri-Cities area for a couple months to find a reasonable flip. I'm on the "lower-end" price range as I have only a couple live-in flips under my belt and not made very many connections in the area yet (planning on moving down around there in the next few months).  From what I've seen, it just looks very vanilla, nothing has been really eye catching or stand out. Again, this is just me looking around online, but I'm inquiring towards anything that is off-market or know of anyone that can inform me of that particular niche.

I've been looking around Walla Walla area as well, Spokane, Yakima, etc. Spokane seems to fit our price range a bit better but still looking.

Thanks in advance.

Hey @David Christensen, I'm in the Spokane market, and while things are getting hotter here and harder to find, it still exists.  Check out the BP market place to see some of what I've but up for sale to see if it may interest you from our market.

I find the key to finding the best deals tends to be networking and relationships. The off-market stuff comes with the right relationships - so attend the local REI and make lots of friends!
