Hey, any recommendations for General Contractors in the Spokane area? Thanks.

Thank you all for your replies. Very helpful.

@David Clinton III Thank you for mentioning the BP Market, I am still pretty green to the site and what it has to offer. I've seen how helpful you've been on BP and really appreciate your advise.

@Kim Martin Patience is key! How is the "long distance" investing? What type of investments are you primarily dealing with? Do you use a local company to oversee things?

@Lisa Gerard Yes, I am on the email list for the local meet-ups. Difficult to attend anything right now as we live in Gig Harbor and I work full-time. The plan is to quit job/sell house/move around there in the next month or so, so having all these pieces fall together is a bit tricky.

@John Barrows Auctions sound interesting to me, but I feel like I lack the experience to jump right into an auction for my first official flip. I want to take the "ready, fire, aim" approach, just need to make sure I'm ready to fire... like I said, lots of pieces falling together. P.S. I kinda wish we were staying here in Western Washington to possibly meet up with you and utilize this hot market. If you ever venture towards the East side, let me know :)

Thanks again for all your help.

Hey guys,

I've been looking around the Tri-Cities area for a couple months to find a reasonable flip. I'm on the "lower-end" price range as I have only a couple live-in flips under my belt and not made very many connections in the area yet (planning on moving down around there in the next few months).  From what I've seen, it just looks very vanilla, nothing has been really eye catching or stand out. Again, this is just me looking around online, but I'm inquiring towards anything that is off-market or know of anyone that can inform me of that particular niche.

I've been looking around Walla Walla area as well, Spokane, Yakima, etc. Spokane seems to fit our price range a bit better but still looking.

Thanks in advance.

@Chuck Sumner  Shoot, Mexico sounds like a much better meeting place anyway!! :)  We'll be in town a couple times in the near future too so I'll keep ya posted. Have fun.

Hey all,

I am planning on swinging thru Tri-Cities, WA (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland) area this weekend. We are planning on moving to the area in a couple months, dive right in to fix and flips / fix and holds. I've done a couple owner occupied flips in Gig Harbor already. Looking to grab coffee with someone and get the ball rolling, anyone interested?

Thanks.

I don't have much experience with specific cabinet warehouses, but I have used IKEA in a couple of my personal house flips (https://thelatenightrenovators.wordpress.com/the-baby-house/kitchen/). They may not be the least expensive but the look / quality is pretty good for the price.
