Hey everyone I live in Seattle Washington and am just getting going in real estate investment, I am looking for a good broker to help me in this undertaking. My specific area of interest is multi unit in the South Seattle / King County Metro and Pierce County / Tacoma Area.  I am looking for multi unit (2+ up to about 20) multi family deals that are positively cash flowing as I want to primarily get into the buy-hold game.
