Investor Friendly Realtor in NoVA

I'm having a hard time finding investment opportunities in Northern Virginia and looking for help.  Can someone recommend a realtor that they work with that can get prospects before they hit the MRIS?  I'm open to other alternatives and sources as well?

In NoVa you wont really find many off market properties. Whether a property is sold on market (MLS) or off market is typically a function of liquidity in the market. The DC metro area by and large has a large amount of liquidity, so there is not much reason for people to hold back from listing on the open market. Sometimes in the multi million dollar arena you will find pocket listings, but again, that is a function of less liquidity at those price points. Baltimore now has less liquidity in their market, and thus why you find many more off market deals and wholesalers operating.

Im sure it isnt the answer you wanted, but better to have the truth than to try to chase a purple unicorn.
