Wholesalers looking for a free lunch/coffee read on.

I am looking to network with wholesalers that work in the Nova and DC markets. I'll come out to wherever you are, and buy you lunch, I just want to pick some brains in person. (BP is awesome but face-to-face interactions can be more worthwhile). I'm saving for a multi-family rental, and am going into wholesaling in the meantime.
