Aloha!

I love the St. George area and am actively looking for rental properties in the area. If there are any investors from the area, realtors, property managers etc. out there on BP, I'd love to connect with you and pick your brains.

Ideally, I'm looking for multifamily properties, but I know there aren't a ton of those in St. George, so I've also started looking for single family homes. I want to find properties with good bones that I can add value to or pick up at a good price and be able to cashflow when rented.
