Does anyone know anything about Pampa TX?

I have a property lead for a three bedroom two bath house. I have checked the networking tool on here and there does not seem to be a realtor servicing the area. Wondering if I can get any info from someone close to the area. Is this area good for rentals? Any insight is appreciated.
