Leasing agent for San Antonio Texas.
What are some of the pros and cons for a leasing agent versus PM for San Antonio.
I’m struggling between simply finding someone to help me lease the property and then handling the collections myself versus someone to do a full PM for each property. Any comments suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

A lot of the PMs here in San Antonio will provide "lease only" services. They'll typically just charge you a leasing commission for this and nothing further. I would suggest using a PM for this services versus a typical agent that is willing to do a lease listing, because PMs are doing this everyday and have good systems in place for attracting and screening good tenants.
