College Station TX Rental Registration
For all my College Station investors, in October 2021 the city will be increasing the fee for registering your rental from $15 to $60. It's worth noting the fines for failing to do so, up to $100/ day. That'll kill your cash flow really fast!

@Carolyn Hodo as far as I know that is correct. Bryan does not appear to have any registration for rental properties
