Need Feedback on Financial Planning Platform for Rental Owners

I’m here in Austin, TX working on a financial planning application that helps rental property owners run different scenarios on purchase options, rent roll, traditional investments, family finances, etc. and aggregate the results (shows aggregated cash flow, net worth, long term and short term). I NEED FEEDBACK (pretty please!)!!
