Hello! I am a musician in the DFW just getting started in researching investment properties, likely through househacking strategies.

1) I'm currently looking for a lender recommendations.

2) I'm also searching for a CPA who has worked with 1099/cash gig workers before who could help set me on the right path!

3) I'd also love to discuss the pros and cons of house hacking and other strategies with more experienced investors in the DFW.

Please feel free to contact me if you'd be interested in chatting!

@Tyler Hodgson is our go-to guy in DFW for loans. He's also a CPA and can point you in the right direction at least for your taxes. I did DoorDash for a while and just used the standard mileage deduction myself ($0.57 per mile for 2020 I believe?).
