Investing in Austin remotely?

Howie Chen
Posted

I'm out of state investor looking to buy a property in Austin probably every year. I'm looking to buy our first Austin investment now. If we get a fix upper, I will need a good GC. Any recommendation on good contractors and inspectors?

@Howie Chen - would this be a long term buy & hold rental property?  You can join "Investor Underground" for Austin on Facebook.  There are contractor referrals on there almost daily.
