Sorry I meant rehab without GC is 50K, how much would it usually be with GC?

@Jordan Moorhead yea I understand. Do you know the usual cost percentage wise for a GC in Austin? Let's say rehab cost without subcontractor is 50K, how much will it be if using a GC?

@Rick Reeder it’s very insightful. Austin market is definitely for appreciation play. Problem for investors is cash flow.

@Rick Reeder This will be buy and hold rental. This will be equity play years down the line as long as cashflow is not negative. Thanks for the information.

I'm out of state investor looking to buy a property in Austin probably every year. I'm looking to buy our first Austin investment now. If we get a fix upper, I will need a good GC. Any recommendation on good contractors and inspectors?
