in certain segments this is an absolute.  Hospitality i bet will see some smokin deals along with some commercial of course.

One thing that has amazed me though when polled on BP the BP landlords almost to a Poster claim they are getting all their rents or even better rent collection than pre covid.. Been far and few between who are posting any significant loss's of revenue other than normal everyday bad pays or late pays..  which I find pretty wild frankly.. I was expecting more non pays. Either that or our BP landlords are super landlords :)

I only have a few rentals and ALL of mine have paid as agreed.. But I am not deep into that asset class anymore and my stuff is all high end A class.
