Doing deals during pandemic

Has anyone had difficulty in buying and selling real estate during these times? Has anyone had more challenges because of the pandemic? Won't it be more difficult with the majority of Texans not working?

What I've seen is investors divide themselves into two camps.

Camp 1 - wants to stay liquid. They are backing away from everything until the dust settles.

Camp 2 - wants to get aggressive. They weren't doing much before but now feel like this is their opportunity. They want to zig while everyone else zags.

So with the two camps cancelling each other out i'm doing roughly the same amount of business as I was before COVID-19. And me personally, I am in camp 2. I am getting more aggressive on my acquisitions.
