Need engineer to plate property San Antonio

We have a property near San Antonio in a city called Schertz. The property has near been plated. The city said we needed to plate it and it would require the service of an engineer. This is something I’m not familiar with and we would need to get it done as cost effective as possible.

Recommendations would be appreciated💒

I'd check with the city planning and zoning department if there is one.  They probably won't recommend someone, but might point you in the right direction.  Otherwise you might check with a local surveyor for recommendations.   If all that fails, you might go ask at one or more title companies in town.
