Hello:

I need to get a warranty deed filled out for a residential property that my parents own. Any recommendations on a legal form site or an RE Atty in San Antonio?

@Marcello Saldana. Local Title Company can handle for you to include filing. Costs should be less than $500 unless you have Title Issues.

Yep, they can do deeds and releases, won't help with Contracts or the purpose behind the transfer--just the conveyance docs.
