Hello:

I need to get a warranty deed filled out for a residential property that my parents own. Any recommendations on a legal form site or an RE Atty in San Antonio?

I attended a Rich Dad seminar a few years ago. It was a big disappointment. It's just a big marketing tool for their RD products and education. They called me for two weeks straight trying to get me to pay a large amounts of money for RD education. I did my research; saw the bad reviews, so I declined. Once I declined; they started questioning passion for financial freedom. It got to the point that I had to block there number. I'll continue to be a fan of RD books, but not RD services.

Erica, Very well said. We get advertisements & infomercials here in San Antonio all the time. They always advertise a training seminar valued at a set price for free. I always wondered how they value and set their own price for this so-called training. They always push the importance of getting educated, but at a price. I went to one here locally I sat through the whole pitch with their arrogant attitude and I saw the scam right away. When I was asked to sign up and I politely declined the training. Then, they started with the high pressure selling. Asking me how serious I was about being an investor and my questioning my passion. I just got the hell outta dodge after that. I trusted my gut and I'm glad I did.

I’m reaching out to investors in the San Antonio area to see if anyone can send recommendations for hard money lenders and RE agents for rentals?

@Trevor & @Austin Thanks for the replies. I sincerely appreciate the advise. Now I have a better understanding. I'll do my due diligence and research hard money lenders in San Antonio.

@Seth Thanks for replying. I do have knowledge of subject-to. Are foreclosures the best way to find subject-to? Also, I would appreciate recommendations for RE attys.
