best/easiest way to invest passively in Multi-Family San Antonio
I'm looking to get into a multi-family deal in the San Antonio / Central TX area. I have done the initial Lifestyles course but am leary about spending 20k just to join at the higher level. What other ways can I get into a deal?

Hey @Jeremy Able, you have been on here a while and not filled out your profile. That is the way people can see what you do or what you want to do. In turn you can see what others do and what they want to do. You can see if someone is a syndicator, you can see their friends and you can make some connections.
Networking is key. You need to have more than 3 colleagues after several years. Maybe go to some meetups in Canyon Lake, San Marcos, San Antonio, maybe Austin.
