Hi All,

I are looking forward to invest around Dallas area, not necessary to be in the city(I know the market is very hot now).

Garland and Lancaster area may be a choice for me.

I'm looking for investor friendly agent, contractor and property manager. If you have any recommendations, it will be great.

Visit to the area is also under planning. Hope to get a chance to connect with local investors.
