Thanks a lot @Peter Lohmann. So what property manager is looking for is actually that they are covered for liability? I saw my carrier actually extend liability to property manager, probably that is what property manager is looking for?

Thanks @Jason Bott and @Jason DeVelvis for the discussion.

I saw a lot discussion about whether to put property manager as additional insured. Looks many discussion and not uncommon, for example:

Hi All,
My property manager needs me to put them as additional insured, but I quoted around, many carriers just don't allow that. One carrier allows additional named insured, but don't provide additional insured option, but I'm not quite comfortable with this option based on my search on google.

Any recommendation about carriers with reasonable price that allowing additional insured for property manager?

Thanks a lot!

The lender said they asked several appraisers. I asked, looks they need comp. Also asking around for other lenders as well. My realtor sent some comps and lender is reviewing. Want to check in the forum to see if there's anything I can do... @Nick C.

Hi All,

Got a duplex under contract, but appraiser cannot find enough comps to get appraisal for the property. Anyone met this before? Any suggestion about how I should proceed?

Thanks!
