Investor Financing in Longview, Tx Market

Looking at the Longview market lately, and was interested in buying some multi-family properties as rentals.

New to this market, and I was hoping I could get some advice from local investors on what local banks are most investor-friendly. My wife grew up in the area and knows several agents, so I'm getting ready to start putting in some offers.

Appreciate the help in advance, thanks!!
