Realtor Using A Non-TREC Contract In Texas For My Investments
Once I get my license, can I use a Non-TREC purchase contract to buy investment property for me as an investor with my Realtor hat off?

Yes, you can. I've been a broker since 2007 and investing since 2000 and I still use the TREC form (with some revisions) on all my SFR investment acquisitions and sales. However, as a principal in a transaction you can use whatever contract form you wish.
