This guy just does not get it, he has been told over & over its risky and a challenge, and count on any couple dozens of reasons something goes sideways and destroying your plans.

Instead of trying to convince us Nick, why don't you go try to do what you say and report back.

He got you too? Everyone ripped off by Scott Carson needs to contat their Attorney General, the FBI, IRS and the DOJ. Eventually he will be put in prison for ripping off so many people.

Quote from @Account Closed:

It's one thing for a fringe, tinfoil, conspiracy theory website such as this one https://www.zerohedge.com/mark...to warn (repeatedly, for months) that with mortgage rates rapidly approaching 6%, the US housing market is on the verge of a vicious collapse, as discussed articles such as these:

Zerohedge.com is NOT a tinfoil, conspiracy theory website, you might want to visit it more frequently than once in a while...

You should really get it first as you would have to buy in your name if you did not, and that is not really a good idea, especially if something happens. And it does not cost a lot. Also some lenders won't loan to an individual. We did our most recent one in Wyoming...

I have purchased notes from condor and see if you can settle with them for a reduced amount or ask them to set up a payment plan. They just want to make a profit, they buy tons of defaulted loans. Good luck!

Yet again I am notified by another BP member today that the bastard Scott Carson continues to rip off people and no government entity gives a &^$#. Sadly this investor lost his childrens entire college fund by believing Scott Carson's BS. Please, do not become one of his victims. Go read how he destroyed this womans retirement, and see all the lawsuits against him.

$1,800,000 and counting and I am disgusted to see so many others still working with him. Aaron Scott Young of Laughlin Associates, I am calling you out for continuing to work with him. Merrill Chandler of Get Fundable, i am also calling you out for cotinuing to do business with him.

If you see this thief, run!

Especially if you get ripped off for thousands!!! Lumber is still high, after coming down a bit. It does not mention delivery, i think it would, like a dumpster, though they are running a special and not sure what states they cover, their address is CA, though i am sure if they don't cover your area, there would be something available from another company.
