The builder is the seller, he said no. I was thinking of creating a LLC and using that for this.

Hello,

Is there a way to transfer the contract for new home to another buyer before closing? I was thinking of LLC as a vehicle to achieve that.

Hello

I am contemplating whether to go with design studio at a new builder or get the upgraded added from outside using a general contractor. Any suggestions and/or experiences the pros went through. I am in Austin so any recommendations for the contractors and or renovation companies are welcome.

Regards

Saurabh

Hello

I am looking to replace the AirConditioner 3T 14 CR or above in one of my properties. Any local experts that can suggest a reasonable and efficient company? If you have worked with them in past, even better.

What should be the approximate cost to replace AC unit + coil.

Thanks
Saurabh

Hello

I want to transfer (owned by me) a residential property to a non-profit.  The non-profit intends to conduct its activities in the residence. Also the staff will use it as a residence.

- Is this doable?

- Can the nonprofit own the utilities for this property?

Please shed some light on this if you are aware of the nonprofit rules in Texas.

Thanks
Saurabh

Thanks for the response. Will banks be able to finance such a transaction? Can the title company make these changes?

Thanks

Hello

A property I am seeking has 3 owners. 2 out of those are willing to sell the property to me but the third owner has objections.

How can we resolve this?
