Hello everyone,

I think I am finally in a position to purchase my first rental property. I spend most of the year out of the country and am looking for an avenue to give up this job so I can spend more time home. I have never owned a rental property and am looking for someone with more experience that help me navigate my first deal or two. I am currently out of the country, but due back late July.
