Swim Spa / Hot Tub / No Tub in Gatlinburg?
Good morning,
We are about to open a second chalet for STVR in Gatlinburg and I am trying to weigh out the impact of a swim spa.
4BR, 3BA Sleeps 10 on a Private 5 acre+ piece on Glades Road.
I have talked to several companies locally about getting a swim spa and they all are quoting May-July 2022 for delivery.
Nightly rates in this size are a little all over the place, from $250 to $1000 (With Pools at the high end).
Will it kill me to not have a hot tub while I wait for the swim spa for more than a year?
We don't have a mountain view, but we do have extreme privacy and quiet.
Thanks for the input,
David

I did a poll in a Smokies Facebook group not too long ago asking about whether or not people NEEDED a pool table. It got hundreds of responses and people said they didn't even care about the pool table (it was a nice add), but a hot tub was a must.
