12 Acres in Manning South Carolina

Melvin Hunter
Posted

Hello, New investor who recently inherited 12 acres of cleared farmland that was previously rented to farmers. I’m just curious if there’s any better options to do with the land that can be recommended. I was thinking solar power but can’t find any companies to work in South Carolina (Manning area). Thanks biggerpockets family

Have you contacted Duke Power or Santee Cooper? I would think Santee Cooper is in that area, but Duke Power has several Clean initiatives.
