Hello I have 12 acres of land that used to be leased and farmed on approximately 2 years ago.Looking for any recommendations on how to find farmers to lease the land now or any better suggestions. Thanks for all the help and support! Much love ❤️

Hello, New investor who recently inherited 12 acres of cleared farmland that was previously rented to farmers. I’m just curious if there’s any better options to do with the land that can be recommended. I was thinking solar power but can’t find any companies to work in South Carolina (Manning area). Thanks biggerpockets family
