Greenville County Property Marketing Poll

How often do you utilize vm / text marketing?
As a data provider, I have been toying with the idea of offering blast text packages along with data...
I'm curious as to how often investors utilize non-postal marketing methods when hunting for properties to buy.  I have been facilitating the use of mobile marketing for years to my clients in other industries.  Considering the substantial difference in cost between mailers and mobile marketing, I rarely hear about non-national investors firms using mobile marketing.
What are mailers now??  40+ cents per when everything is said and done?   And whats the response rate on them now? ... 1%   Blasting out texts for 1 cent each seems cost effective, despite the stigma.
What about ringless VM?  Did you know that non-recorded dynamic text to speech messages can be delivered, and populated with the parties name and personalized to them?
Well, Just curious.. feel free to chime in...
