Real Estate Attorney in Charleston, SC

I am starting out in real estate investing and would like to sit down with a real estate attorney who is possibly an investor themselves or is familiar with real estate investments. I'd like to discuss such things such as buying properties under an LLC, lease agreements, evictions, etc. I have seen similar discussions on Bigger Pockets in the past but am looking for an updated list if possible.
