South Carolina Attendees to the biggerpockets conference

I am starting a post and asking folks from South Carolina who plan to attend the Bigger Pockets Conference to respond. As we know, South Carolina is a hot market and I would love to connect and meetup to talk about your successes. We are located in the Greenville/Greer/Spartanburg markets. We BRRRR (Partly because of my last name - Jason BURR) single family homes and small to mid size multi families in our area. I have been investing, managing properties, and working a fulltime job for almost 20 years. My buddy will be coming up with me as well. He also holds single families/multis but focuses more on mobile home parks. They buy really run down parks, bring them back, and hold them. They currently hold 300+ mobile homes spread over a few different properties. I'd love to grab a coffee or drink and share successes and war stories!
