Moving to Greenville. Where to live?

Hello BiggerPockets,

We are currently moving to Greenville and need suggestions to where to live.  Something from the $150k to $250k range that has easy access to downtown and we could sell fairly easy if needed.  Needs to be atleast a 3/2

Thank you!

I would recommend looking along 385 towards Fountain Inn or over near Furman. Both are growing areas with easy commutes. Powdersville would also be an option but it’s a little bit more rural. Excellent schools in Powdersville if that is a big factor in your decision.
