Hey Matt, congrats on making the leap with real estate.

I live in Columbia near downtown and am active with real estate, have a few houses and trailer parks. Would love to connect and see how I may be able to help with your investing journey. Think I may be in the market shortly looking for another project. Have a real estate brokerage company on the side if you ever need any assistance with MLS or buying/selling. Work insurance full time, specializing in coverage for builders, developers, contractors, etc.

@Will Gaston is a wealth of information and very prudent/knowledgeable investor, he was just helping me with some lending info yesterday.

Hey @Matthew McDonald, good to meet you. I've been student rentals in 29205 / 29201 for 17 years. Most of my portfolio is in Shandon, Wales Garden, Olympia etc. I don't do a ton of flips but can be a good resource for lending as I've got loans w/ 8 or 9 different banks in Cola. 

Hey Matt - great to 'meet' you.  Would love to connect! I am just outside of COLA and started buying here in mid 2021.  I have purchased 50+ units around town in the last year and looking for more.  Still lots to learn about the area as I am a bit new here.  Give me an add here and we can take it from there. I might have some decent insights for you on getting flips around town.  I dont do flips, but get a bunch in email.
