Lender recommendations for Concord Township STR project
Hey All,
I am buying a large estate to turn it into a mixed-use project office space/winery/bed & breakfast. Could anyone recommend lenders for this type of commercial project?
Thank you!

I would use a local brick and mortar bank or credit union local to where the project is located. The bank will like to put their sign on a good project saying "Financed by XYZ Bank"
