Lancaster PA: Real Estate Agent referral

Hi BP!

I'm a resident physician moving to the Lancaster area with my family looking to house hack. I'm married, and we are looking for my mother to live in an in-law unit on the same property. We are looking for a 3-4 unit property with at least a small plot of grass outside. Can anyone recommend a real estate agent? Also curious if anyone can recommend certain neighborhoods or suburbs that are good for this purpose too? Thanks!
