Similarly, can anyone recommend a company with auction finance products?

Hello,

My wife and I are moving to the southeast New Hampshire region and looking for a real estate agent with REO experience. We are considering auction vs REO or the possibility of a traditional purchase. Any recommendations?

Hello,

I am at the cusp of finishing a medical education program, with a significant income increase on the horizon. My wife and I will be education debt free after significant work and serendipity. That said, we are hoping to homestead in a slightly more expensive area of the country. She doesn't want to live in a tiny house as we start a family, yet we appreciate the minimalist approach and would foresee a smaller square footage of our home (with the exception of some land). What options exist for debt free (or debt reduced) living? Or are the tax benefits of a mortgage "worth it"? I'm curious to hear thoughts in both directions.

Thanks!

Hello BP Community,

I am interested to sell a home in Port St. Lucie, FL. Zillow currently values the home at $331K, and I have had renters for the past 10+ years who I would love to sell to. Unfortunately, they have only been approved for $250. Has anyone had experience with 'rent-to-own' or alternative payment structures (local programs, grants, specific lenders, etc) to enable this kind of transaction? Thanks!

Hi BP!

I'm a resident physician moving to the Lancaster area with my family looking to house hack. I'm married, and we are looking for my mother to live in an in-law unit on the same property. We are looking for a 3-4 unit property with at least a small plot of grass outside for long or short-term rentals. Can anyone recommend certain neighborhoods or suburbs of Lancaster that are good for this purpose? Thanks!

God Bless,

Camden
