Refinancing a PA property- any transfer tax or any hidden fees?

Hi guys,

Will you please be so kind and help me out. I am trying to refinance a property in PA and was just wondering if there was any hidden fees or any transfer taxes, or other kind of taxes? 

My property is in an LLC, and I am not transferring the ownership of the property from the LLC, so LLC will continue to own the property after the refinance. So only the lender will change.

I am thinking there should be no any transfer tax nor hidden tax, since I am not transferring the property out of the LLC, right?
