Harrisburg Area Mortgage Lender for House Hacking?

This year I will have 2 years of self employment income taxes that will hopefully qualify me for a mortgage.  I'd like to buy a 1-4 unity property, rent out the other units/bedrooms and repeat the process every year or two.  I'm looking for a suitable mortgage lender who can help me achieve my goals.  Any recommendations are appreciated.
