Hi BP, this is my first post.  I am 23 yrs old and am brand new to real estate investing.  I have been searching trulia, zillow, and realtor.com for a few months now looking for a multi-family house that I can live in and rent out for my first investment property. I am looking in Mercer County more specifically Sharon, Sharpsville, and Hermitage and was wondering if anyone else on here owns property in these areas? Are there any other sites that you use to find deals?  Do you have any helpful information for a first time buyer?  Any help/tips/advice would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to expanding my network and meeting other like minded people close to me!
