Realtor Purchase and Sale form question

I need some help, as I recall there is some legal reason why investors can not or should not use a PA Realtors purchase and sale form. Can someone help me out here and jog my memory?  I seem to recall that it has something to do with illegally practicing law or not being licensed?

As I recall, the forms are not exclusive for use by licensed agents. I have used them in the past when that is what the other party preferred to use.
