Has anyone invested in Pottsville, PA?  I'm originally from the area and it looks like the rental market could cash flow well.  Please let me know if anyone has any experience in this area.

Thanks!

The properties in that area are very affordable. The ROI is high as well, taking into consideration the purchase price. Rentals are around 450 -650 depending on the size of the property. The cash flow is good. The only thing that I will recommend is not to get a fixer upper is very difficult to get people to work for you or they want o charge you a lot.
