I was looking for someone to be available when repairs are needed. Every handymen in all towns charge accordingly, there is no cheap labor anymore. I found a handyman in Allentown. Hopefully this one stays around for some time.

I got a plumber thank you. What I need is roofers. I need to do a couple of roofs. After I get estimates people don't get back to you. Is challenging to rehab houses in the area. However, I will get it done. Thank you

There is a lawyer in Pottsville that advise me with an eviction and he is a real estate investor himself. His name is Gregory Pavlovitz 408 W Market Street Pottsville Pa. I did everything he told me and I was able to do the eviction myself.

I finally got possession of the property yesterday.  I got advice from a real estate lawyer. I had to evict the people who was living in the property.  It took this long because the judge went on vacation.

The properties in that area are very affordable. The ROI is high as well, taking into consideration the purchase price. Rentals are around 450 -650 depending on the size of the property. The cash flow is good. The only thing that I will recommend is not to get a fixer upper is very difficult to get people to work for you or they want o charge you a lot.

You need to evict her. Give her a notice to quit and tell her that eviction will follow. Don't let her threaten you, you are the one who can enforced any rules at your property. You might want to speak with a lawyer if not sure what to do.
