Northampton PA Rental Market

Lydia Bar
Posted

Anyone has insight on Northampton PA/Macungie/Whitehall rental market? I know Easton has good cash on cash flow and appreciation and a strong rental market but I am curious about the above areas. where would be a good neighborhood to invest in or ones to avoid?

Thanks!,

Lydia

@Lydia Bar I think the whitehall and northampton markets are great as far as rentals; they are strong working class renters areas. I wouldnt be in this market looking solely for appreciation. Macungie/lower macungie will be slightly nicer and slightly better appreciation. I don't think there's any neighborhoods to avoid in these cities. Only suggestion i could make is watch out for some homes that may sit on busy streets which could possibly detract from your investment.
